Lois is an AI-powered conversational support tool designed to provide encouragement and information related to support for families and loved ones affected by alcoholism, inspired by the principles of Al-Anon. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to your messages in real time.
The App is a wellness and support tool only. It is designed to supplement — never replace — human connection, professional treatment, or participation in recovery programs.
The App does not provide medical advice, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

References to AA principles, the Twelve Steps, or the Big Book are made for informational and supportive purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
All responses in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses:

AIO Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
AIO Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. These Terms will survive any termination of your access to the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
